Why is my fudge not setting?

Make sure that you don’t undercook or overcook you fudge. Undercooking your White Chocolate Fudge will cause it to be too soft and overcooking it will make your fudge crumbly. Fudge is meant to be soft enough to slice with a knife.

Can I make fudge in advance?

Absolutely! Fudge will keep for several day at room temperature and for a couple of week in the refrigerator. This makes this Simple Fudge Recipe a GREAT dessert option if you need to make it ahead of time!

Can I use condensed milk instead of evaporated milk in fudge?

Sweetened condensed milk is perfect for making fudge because of its thick and creamy texture. But if need, you can use evaporate milk as a substitute – although it won’t be quite as sweet.
