Turn power off to the refrigerator then use flat blade screwdriver to lever off two sections on front display unit, pop display unit out, undo the power cable and do the reverse with the new unit. Works like a dream and certainly cheaper than a new refrigerator.

Flat blade screwdriver with a thin blade or a non sharp knife.

Isolate the freezer, remove the shelf out of the freezer and remove the plastic screw caps on the back plastic cover. Remove the two screws, pull the back plastic cover out from the top (its tight but itll come out) and then the fan and thermostat is accessible. From there its just a matter of swapping the fan motor.
Tools Required:
Phillips and flat blade screwdrivers.
